In episode 4, we discuss the many physical fitness benefits of practicing Jiu-jitsu at Dynamic Martial Arts. A person does not have to be in shape to begin training Jiu-jitsu at Dynamic Martial Arts. Rather, you will get into better shape as you progress. Right away, you will notice an improvement of your flexibility, cardio capacity, conditioning, functional strength, balance, coordination and more. You will immediately begin to have a better "mind-body" connection.
Dynamic Martial Arts classes are designed to be fun and challenging, but never overwhelming. Each student makes progress at his or her own pace. "It doesn't get easier, we just get better" is one of our mottoes.
